Okay okay... it is not exactly what your think.

Yes, you should physically make love often, feel that closeness, explore each other, always be curious about each other's body, and connect on a deeper level. But this post is about making love in everything you do.
This is a saying that I recently heard and it really resonated with me.
It was explained as this: Make love in everything you do. If you walk on the beach, do it with love. Love for the sand between your toes, the sound of the water lapping at the shore, the bird’s song, and the connection with Mother Earth. When you make dinner, make it in love. Appreciate each smell, the heat from the stove, the company you are cooking for or the solitude, add ingredients with love, appreciate the plants and animals that have given themselves for you to make a lovely meal. When you pick a flower, pick that flower in love. Gently feel the stem, love the beauty of the flower, the fragrance, the color, the purpose. Give it with love to someone special or give it to yourself, but always in love. If you are walking down the street with your loved one, walk in love. Hold hands, feel each other's love, love the energy that you share, the space you have, the freedom to walk together, and the beauty that surrounds you.
Whatever you do, make love often.
This is idea of making love will allow you to truly be present to each and every moment. You can do everything in love; release any anger, negativity, and just be in love.
For myself, I have struggled with this in the past. Primarily because I didn't see it this way. Everything needed to have a purpose or was a means to an end. Things would trigger me and prevent me from feeling the love of the moment, appreciating the beauty of what was happening. If I could have lived the first fifty years of my life in love, I would be a completely different person right now. This being said, I can tell you now that I plan on living the rest of my life this way. Making love in everything I do. This is how I choose to show-up.
